About Teak
Teak's natural oils make it ideal for outdoor furniture, where weather resistance is required. Though the oil on the surface will evaporate, it’s the oil below the surface that gives teak its durability. So durable in fact that teak furniture requires little, if any, maintenance and can be left outdoors year-round to weather naturally. With age, teak will weather to a silver gray patina. If you prefer to keep the golden color, Teak Protector can be applied.
